Dr. Sagintayev is a Research Professor at the School of Engineering of Nazarbayev University, with PhD degrees, Geo Sciences, W. Michigan University Dr. Sagintayev specializes in Remote Sensing and GIS hydrologic modeling applications and works on the cross disciplinary projects within the Environment & Resource Efficiency Cluster Nazarbayev University (EREC NU). Current effort is expansion of the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) with connection to the UNESCO UNEVOC TVET program.
