Fred is a corporate finance professional and geologist with expertise in debt capital markets and corporate advisory. Fred has held VP roles at hedge funds and in investment advisory, structuring and deploying over $500 million. Fred is qualified as a Financial Modeling and Valuations Analyst with the Corporate Finance Institute. Currently, he advises listed and private corporate clients on financial strategy and debt capital markets. Fred also presents at international finance conferences such as the Mining Indaba conference and is a Fellow of the Geological Society.
